Any deposit paid secures your booking and is non-refundable regardless of circumstance. If the booking is cancelled for any reason by Norfolk Flower Farm, you will be fully reimbursed with any monies paid.
Prices stated on your booking contract a year or more prior to your function date may be subject to change at Norfolk Flower Farm’s discretion, where inflation or other supply costs and costs of living may rise. Any increase in cost will be communicated to you personally in writing and will be very reasonable, and at most, reflect a 10% rise.
If your booking contract is dated less than a year before your function date, then the prices shown will not change.
Flowers are selected, cut and conditioned for you. They are picked at the right stage to ensure they are in appropriate condition for your event.
Flowers are part of nature and therefore there are often no guarantees in either colour, variety, form or quality. You will be advised what is very likely to be in bloom at the time of your event, but there are often no guarantees to a specific variety. Though all efforts are made to give you the best idea of what you will receive. And bare in mind that because nature is brilliant, what will be flowering at any one time has a magical ability to coordinate itself beautifully, as nature intended. This ultimately provides the most naturalistic and beautiful, uncontrived combination of English flowers.
Whilst I can coordinate loosely to a colour theme, please try not to be too rigid; it's not possible for me to guarantee a specific tone of blush for instance. Not being too restrictive with a colour palette helps to give a natural vibe and is in-keeping with the ethos of locally grown British (Norfolk!) flowers.
On some occasions Norfolk Flower Farm may need to bring in flowers from elsewhere; eg. if extra volume of a certain colour is required, or if it’s very early or late in the season where there’s less certainty on certain flowers being in bloom. I’m connected with all other Norfolk flower growers - we all support each other and buy from each other, so it works brilliantly, and means that more often than not when flowers are bought-in, they’re still locally grown. With nature comes occasional unpredictabilities so I’m armed with this plan B to ensure your booking is fulfilled regardless. Very rarely plan C needs to be executed to ensure you’re happy with your wedding flowers - where a few imported stems might be necessary to fit the bill.
There may be the occasional little nibble of petals or leaves on some cut flowers. Insects and the eco system are vital elements of the environment and so this should be expected.
Once the flowers are in your posession, you are entirely responsible for their wellbeing. You will be reminded that they must be kept cool, in fresh water and out of direct sunlight, and away from fruit, to ensure they remain at their prime for your function date. Norfolk Flower Farm will not take responsibility for any ruined flowers once they have been handed over to you, your nominated contact, or your home/venue.
In person meetings are not part of the cut flower bucket or wedding flower offering. Samples cannot be provided. Email bookings are welcomed and a phone call or two is ok. As this is a small business and I spend a huge proportion of time working the land and growing the flowers, admin time needs to be very manageable.
There is no ‘pick your own’ offering.
