We ordered a standard bouquet and card for delivery and had a brilliant experience. It's clear how much care Ellie puts into the flowers—she went an extra mile to check with me if the location was suitable to ensure the best condition of the flowers when I suggested leaving them by the door in case no one was at home, and she also checked if the recipients were available to take the delivery when it ended up being a rainy day.
The recipients were delighted with the flowers and love the variety of colours!
We made a daft mistake in the delivery information we provided to Ellie but she was incredibly patient and turned it into a smooth experience for us—for that, we are eternally grateful.
